The
Role of The Committee
The social club committee are elected in May of each year at the Annual
General Meeting. They meet on various nights throughout the year,
normally at least once a month, and there are also special meetings
arranged to discuss specific items such as Membership and the
Christmas arrangements. The social club committee are responsible for the
general management of the club, to include:

raising for local Charities |
Members are also invited to attend meetings as
observers.
